We have associate companies in Turkey and Spain that can deal with all of the legal issues from purchasing taxes, residency etc.
With its combination of low prices and the promise of further improving infrastructure and economy, Turkey is attracting attention as one of Europe's hottest emerging markets for real estate investment. It currently receives over 23 million visitors annually and, adding to that, the country's huge population of over 70 million - growing by around 2% every year - it is clear that the investment potential, both for rental returns and for capital appreciation, is huge.
